Tornados Group Training Runs
Anyone and
everyone is welcome to join. We normally meet at the Memorial Park stretching
area. There may be times when we don't meet so please email the contact person
if you plan on attending as a newcomer.
- Sundays Our Sunday
morning long runs start at 7:00 AM at the Memorial Park Tennis Center.
Distance varies from 10 - 20 miles and also vary in pace. Contact
Victor or
Leno Rios if you plan on attending this group run as a newcomer so that we
may look for you.
- Sundays - Breakfast
at Taqueria Cancun after the long run. If you do the long run with us, you
need to do breakfast with us.
- Tuesdays -
Speedwork at Memorial park starting between 6:00 to 6:15 pm. This will be a
mix of 400's, 800's or mile repeats. Contact
Leno Rios
for time and location verification.
- Thursdays
- Tempo run at Memorial park starting between
6:00 to 6:15 pm. Contact
Leno Rios
for time and location verification.
- Fridays Victor does
Ho-chi-minh trails at 6 p.m. (about 6-7 miles). Contact
Victor for time and location verification.
Please ensure you contact the person listed before
showing up. There may be times when training runs may be changed or cancelled
due to a upcoming race.
Remember to wear your sunscreen when outdoors!
